Regarding the Year-End and New Year Holiday Closure Period
We will be closed for the year-end and New Year holidays during the following period.

＜Year-End and New Year Holiday Period: Wednesday, December 29, 2021 to Wednesday, January 5, 2022＞
Please note that inquiries received during the holiday period will be responded to on or after Thursday, January 6, 2022.

＜Order Acceptance and Shipment Schedule＞
The order acceptance period and shipment schedule for the year-end and New Year holidays are as follows:

●2021 Year-End Final Shipment Date Order Acceptance Deadline: December 24 (Fri) at 4:00 PM
Final Shipment Date: December 27 (Mon)

◎2022 New Year Shipment Resumption Date: January 7 (Fri)

・Orders will continue to be accepted during the holiday closure period, but order processing, shipping, and customer inquiries will be suspended.

Therefore, orders received after 4:00 PM on Friday, December 24, 2021, will ship on or after Friday, January 7, 2022.

・During the year-end and New Year period, delivery of ordered items may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.

Additionally, due to increased social delivery volumes, delays may occur even under normal road conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
